Hot Weather Exacerbates EAB

Hey Folks,

The drought this summer is causing stress to our trees. Keep an eye out for weak foliage that appears in the form of red/yellow leaf edges. This is particularly troubling for Ash trees as the additional drought stress combined with the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) is sure to expedite ash mortality. These trees can pose a hazard. If you have a dead ash call the city for removal and REPLACEMENT. We new trees to make up for the cities canopy loss!
